I received the special grilled chin ramen with salt. The noodles were flat, curly, crisp, and had a good texture, and were better than I expected. The soup has just the right amount of salt, and the soup stock is just right. Sometimes there are restaurants that use too much agodashi, but here the balance was very good. Also, the char siu was good. I wonder if it's smoked? It feels moderately rare, or rather ham-like. It was delicious and didn't have the dry taste that you get at other restaurants. The only issue I had was that the store clerk was a woman, and her hair wasn't tied up (though it was tied in the back), which was the only issue that bothered me, which is why I gave the service a 3. Other than that, it was delicious, clean, spacious, and very good.

If you say that the atmosphere is calm, it sounds good, but isn't it too quiet and like a ramen shop? Gakashi grilled chin ramen is superb✨ I'm glad that the soup is a little hot. This is my personal opinion, so please do not use it as a reference.
