First visit. I ordered it with soy sauce and homemade noodles. It was delicious. Especially the char siu was juicy and made me feel like I met something good. I want to go again. I want to eat salt and homemade noodles next time

Eat special ramen. It was rich and delicious. My bill got stuck in the ticket vending machine, but they kindly handled it for me. They kindly told us that we could adjust the flavor of the soup after the bowl was served. A rich soup based on dried sardines. The noodles are straight. The seaweed has a firm texture. Two types of char siew each. Both are delicious❗️ The flavored eggs are well soaked with flavor and are delicious. The chopped onions are a great accent ❗ I drank all the soup. I want to go again. If I had to say one thing, it was a shame that the char siu was cold, but the taste more than made up for it❗ Thank you for the meal❗

202105 First visit. Located just 2-3 minutes walk from Tsurugamine Station. I ordered dried sardines ramen (salt) noodles, hard and medium thick. (880 yen) My wife had the soy sauce flavor. There aren't many restaurants where I find fish-based ramen to be delicious, but this restaurant falls under the category of "delicious!!"♪ The dried sardine soup made by the owner from Tohoku is a bit harsher than you would find at other restaurants. It's an easy-to-drink soup that doesn't have a bitter taste or taste, and even though it's thick, it's not overwhelming. The raw chopped onions are the best accent. Next time I'd like to add onions as an additional topping. Another cool thing about this dish is that it doesn't use flavored oil and the bowl is kept in boiling water until just before serving. The conventional wisdom is to choose thin noodles, but the owner recommended medium-thick noodles. I also ordered rice (200 yen), but the ramen alone was enough to fill me up. The owner is very personable and the customer base is made up of regular customers. I didn't eat there this time, but I'm interested in the tsukemen, so I'm planning to visit this restaurant again. *Although we were in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, the store has two entrances on opposite sides, and there is sufficient ventilation, so you can enter with peace of mind.
