More Comments at Google MapDelicious after a long time! It was a pork bone soy sauce ramen shop. The owner is also very happy with the atmosphere.
I started going to this store soon after it opened. Then I went to a ramen shop that was better than Maruichi. I haven't met. It's full-bodied, but not persistent. The taste is refreshing. The taste of the soup is consistent no matter when you go. The spinach topping is different from other stores. Not a shoddy amount. The noodles are boiled to a normal degree and have a chewy texture. There are a lot of male customers, but the family likes women.
Everything was normal, and I ordered half a bowl of rice with spinach, seaweed, and flavored egg toppings. The soy sauce, pork bone, and chicken stock have a perfect balance. At first, I thought that the pork bones and chicken bones were coming first, but the Kaeshi soy sauce was also effective and had a refreshing aftertaste. The soup is very well-balanced, not too creamy and not too salty, so it's easy for everyone to enjoy. The seaweed is big and firm, and the spinach has a strong flavor, so it doesn't lose to the soup. The char siu is not the half-cooked smoked char siu that is common in my family, but a char siu that has well-cooked fat. Goes well with soup. The flavored eggs were also very flavorful and delicious. The noodles are apparently made by Someya Seimen, but they are as chewy and delicious as Sakai Seimen. The rice was cooked well and I felt like they used better rice than a typical ramen restaurant. My family's soups are usually so rich that I almost never finish the whole thing, but this restaurant's soup was so easy to drink that I ended up finishing it. The lighting inside the store is bright and clean, and even though it's self-service, water, towels, and tissues are provided, making it feel comfortable. There is a parking lot in front of the store, and personally, I think this is one of the best Iekei ramen in Yokohama. I would like to try a darker one next time.
