The best! I thought it was just good old soy sauce ramen, but it turned out to be a unique ramen made with shiitake mushroom soup! Due to the summer heat, the noodles are becoming more and more popular. I think it's a lot more filling for one person because of the shape of the bowl.

I visited on Saturday afternoon, 5 minutes before opening time. Park in the parking space in front of the store (about 4 cars). No previous customers. Opened about 1 minute before the scheduled time. There are 4 customers after opening. I had spicy noodles topped with bean sprouts and garlic, and shiitake soba. Spicy noodles, Kawasaki beaten egg tantan style (Miyazaki from the items). The salt content of the soup, egg, minced meat, and medium-thick noodles are well balanced. It has a high level taste. Bean sprouts are only 50 yen and the prime is modest. I just want to add one more. The garlic is neither minced nor grated, but rather crushed and solidified. I'm scared and it fits this ramen. Shiitake soba is a raging shiitake mushroom flavor. It's dark. Thin curly noodles unlike spicy noodles. This is also delicious. I would like to try Chinese soba, but it will be a few years before I come to Misaki next time...

This is my first visit to the store, but it's been a long time since I've had such delicious Chinese ramen at a reasonable price! My wife had the Shiitake Soba (700 yen) and I had the Chinese Soba with Char Siu (800 yen). When I saw the price on the ticket vending machine, I thought, "If this tastes good, that's great!" (lol) Nowadays, ramen that costs easily over 1,000 yen is cheap, and there are a lot of ramen that are very flavorful or extremely spicy. However, the ramen at the diner is reasonably priced and very delicious. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the store manager. The Chinese noodles are made with a dashi soup base and have a strong flavor. Shiitake soba is a ramen made with shiitake mushrooms wrapped in Chinese bean paste and full of the flavor of guanylic acid. The taste is never weak either. If it gets any saltier than this, it will kill off the flavor. Good balance. This ramen is eaten by people who can appreciate the umami, so I don't think people who eat a lot of Meng Tanmen will be able to appreciate the umami. I don't recommend it to those who would rate it highly if it has a very strong flavor or extremely spicy taste (I think they will misunderstand and give a wrong rating). This ramen is a must-try for those who appreciate umami. I'll be eating there again soon! !
