Tanmen with lots of vegetables ¥1000 including tax Opens at 11:30 I arrived at 11:25 and there were 3 customers ahead of me. We were guided in order to avoid queuing at the ticket machine. As the name suggests, these medium-thick straight noodles are topped with plenty of stir-fried vegetables. Rather than being salty, you'll want to drink every last bit of soup that's flavorful. I can also feel the spiciness. I thought I would like to eat it with the noodles used in soy sauce ramen. The bowl is small, but it holds a good amount. I'm often in the area for work, so I'll stop by again. revisit I arrived at 11:20 and was first, but the store opened at 11:40. Tanmen and mapo bowl 350 yen The tofu (silk) doesn't lose its shape, and the sauce is light and goes well with tanmen (+because I like chili oil).
