Loved it
The first part of my journey in search of delicious tsukemen. I wanted to eat some delicious tsukemen, so I looked it up on the internet and came here. It was full on a holiday lunchtime, but I was able to get in without waiting at the right time. I ordered a large serving (100 yen) of rich dried sardine tsuke soba (1100 yen) for a total of 1200 yen, and the noodles were firmer. Normal rich dried sardine tsukemen costs 850 yen, but since I came all the way, I decided to splurge. lol. The bowl, noodles, and soup were piping hot. As someone who likes hot tsukemen, this is a high point. They also gave me a soup discount. It was a great decision to come. The thick soup contains several finely chopped ingredients such as onions, which mix well with the medium-thick, not-too-hard noodles and are delicious. By mixing the toppings of eggs, seaweed, and meat with the noodles, you can enjoy a different flavor. The soup was so delicious that I didn't feel like adding any of the seasonings that were on the table. I was able to feel the owner's dedication to the tsukemen and was able to enjoy the meal with all five senses, making me very satisfied. It's a taste that makes you want to eat it regularly. I think I want to go again.
