Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Tonkotsu Ramen Gatton

My favorite place to get ramen in Hiyoshi, the ramen is affordable and really well made. Their egg is perfectly cooked with the yolk inside being firm but simultaneously runny. Their noodles do run on the thinner side though so I would suggest going softer in texture for a more satisfying meal. Their pork is great so I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good bowl of authentic ramen near Hiyoshi!

The pork broth ramen was awesome , the taste did not overwhelm any ingredients. They provide free ramen refill as one off ! Such a great value for price and quantity.

To those blind criticizers, be sure to sit where I did (or closer to the washroom if you like lol)so you can see the big soup tank INSIDE the kitchen.
