Amazing Ramen

General Kamaliya [Monday (weekdays) 14:20, no waiting] This is a store that I have been patronizing since I was in elementary school. Due to the coronavirus, I wasn't able to go there for a while, but I came back for the first time in a few years and thought it was the No. 1 ramen in my opinion. It's quite delicious without being picky. The balance of pork bone and soy sauce is extremely good. The light texture of the ramen is easy to eat even for women, without the soy sauce of the Yoshimura family or the CPS of the Ichi family, the soup is poured well and the bowl is piping hot, the slightly smoky pork belly is easy to eat, and the gray green onions are added to the noodles. It's good to match it and wrap it in seaweed and eat it, and the egg is creamy and goes well with the soup. I can't find any faults.

I've eaten a lot of different types of ramen, but Kamaliya Daisho is by far the most delicious.
