This is a small shop run by an elderly couple. This is a light soy sauce ramen with a light color. A large bowl of noodles is reasonably priced at an additional 50 yen. Among the ramen near my home, this is my favorite soy sauce ramen. My heart is warmed by my mother's smile and voice every time. However, the gyoza feels like the vegetables were finely chopped in a food processor, so I thought the texture was a little disappointing... I can't help it because I think it's hard to cut vegetables into small pieces when I'm older. . . I also provide delivery services. They also deliver yakitori from the yakitori restaurant next door, so it's great for drinking at home.
