A light yet deep soup that follows the style of Ramen Demon Minoru Sano. It goes perfectly with the thin noodles, and the balance with the chashu and green onions is also exquisite.

The ramen here is delicious. It's light, but the soup stock is effective. There's nothing lacking. You can drink all of this soup. Soy sauce and tsukemen are both delicious, but I... I like salt ramen the most.
