More Comments at Google Mapreally good ramen; excellent service. if you need change for the ticket machine, you have to ask them, and it often takes a couple of minutes if they’re in the middle of getting a batch of ramen out. patience will serve you well, here: there’s only so much they can do at once.
Negiya is a famous restaurant in the neighborhood. This is a store with very good cost performance. A bowl of ramen costs 600 yen. Even if you add fried rice, you will get your change back for 1000 yen. The ramen fried rice set is described as ``half fried rice'', but please note that this is the amount for one person. I always feel like I'm half as happy as my wife. Also, I would like to give some advice to first-time users. ① This is a shop run by an uncle and an aunt. The taste is definitely good, but he doesn't seem to have any interest in customer service and is generally unfriendly. Please face this with a big heart. ② Regarding how to issue the purchased meal tickets. If you leave it on the counter, the wind will blow it away, and Auntie won't come to pick it up right away. Even if you call out to them, they may ignore you. So, instead of putting it on the counter, wait for the lady to greet you after purchasing. that's all. If you come to the store with these two points in mind, it will be a good idea to adjust your expectations. Please try it! (Since there seems to be no successor, I wonder if it will end with this generation 😢)
Personally, it's the No. 1 ramen shop in Kanagawa, delicious to death. Although it is said to be an evolutionary lineage, it goes beyond the family lineage. The soup is amazing. I hear that it is descended from the Rokkaku family (if you ask me, it feels like that). It doesn't have a strong pork bone feel, so it's probably similar to the Tsubaki type from ramen shops. I'm not sure where the noodles come from, but they are soft and delicious. Since the old man is making it all by himself, the serving time is a little long. There is a line waiting to enter the store during weekday afternoons.
