Fujisawa, Kanagawa, Japan｜Uzu-to-Kaminari

GOD tier ramen that is currently rank 1 on ramenDB in the recent popularity category. The soup does not look greasy yet is packed full of flavor and umami. The noodles were something else and the ajitama was just perfect. The 6 shoyus used tasted like they had been fermenting since the Tokugawa shogunate and the dashi probably had crack in it. I don't know if I will ever have a bowl of ramen better than this again and that makes me sad, I will just be chasing the dragon... Americans come here and not Ichiran 🙏 trust

1st time giving perfect score.. soy sauce ramen is light n tasty, not overly saltish n oily
