Every time we receive an order, we cut up the chashu pork and carefully roast it one by one on a burner. The pork fat is fragrant, and the smell and sound will whet your appetite even more. Please note that when you hand your meal ticket to the staff, you will be asked if you want garlic. Garlic is served in a separate small plate, so you can add a little bit of topping to your ramen to suit your taste. Garlic is finely chopped fresh and has a firm texture, so choose it according to your future plans. For the bowl, miso, various seasonings, and piping hot soup are thoroughly mixed together, and then Kaikarou's medium-thick curly noodles are combined. In my opinion, it's a rare ramen that is beautifully put together, yet has both an impact and a junky feel. The miso ramen itself, which contains backfat and garlic, may be rare. Also, it's a certain distance from the station, so it's not the best access, but it's constantly visited by customers. The restaurant is always full and rotates from the moment you enter until you leave. The reason is simple, and it may be proof that many people think it's worth going out of their way to enjoy delicious miso ramen. The price may not be cheap compared to other ramen restaurants, but I personally think it's worth it. I ordered spicy miso and it was delicious. I've eaten spicy miso at various restaurants so far, but it's good. I like the char siu with a burnt feeling and just the right amount of fat.
