I ordered the miso ramen with the special rib meat char siu. Hokkaido miso ramen has a thick miso, but there was not much fat. The char siu was smoked, and the special rib meat was simmering. The second time is salt ramen and pork belly ♪ The dashi soup spreads in your mouth with just the right amount of saltiness, like a model for shio ramen. I thought that the balance would be lost with char siu, but it was delicious until the end. But I think miso is the best. It's delicious even with salt, and the grilled char siu that makes me feel guilty is delicious, so I gave it 5 stars. When I went at night, there was a set, so I had a pork kimchi rice bowl (´∀｀ )b It was cold shabu-shabu kimchi rice bowl with sleet. The balance was good because it was refreshing and symmetrical with the rich miso✨

I rarely eat alone, but I was in the mood for ramen, so I went to this place near my house. I usually try to leave the soup, but it was so delicious that I drank it all up, and later regretted that I should have ordered rice with it.
