It's just a back road from the shortest distance between Shinmaruko and Kosugi, so I didn't check it out at all, but it was delicious! It seems to be mostly black sea bream (chinu). The slightly salty soup has a strong soup stock and does not have a fishy smell. The soup is very clear, but it is a seafood soup with a soy sauce flavor that is similar to soup. The noodles coat the soup well and are delicious. This is 750 yen by default, 100 yen for a large size. No way. The first time, I ordered the default Chinese noodles, a large serving. The soup is really delicious, so I'm looking forward to trying wonton noodles next time. The char siew is a firm type that is tied tightly. The fatty meat sprinkled throughout the ramen is delicious. The crunchy green onions make a nice accent. Anyway, the soup is delicious. It's been a while since I finished drinking it. Apparently there were some reviews about the customer service and attitude, but I thought it was normal for a ramen restaurant since the owner was just making ramen on his own. Thank you for the meal. It was delicious!
Black Onomichi ramen + green onion topping Onomichi ramen is good, but this one is also delicious! ️ Even after moving to Musashikosugi, it's still delicious. 5 counter seats, 2 raised seats, PayPay accepted.
Non-chemical style seafood soy sauce ramen. It's so flavorful that you won't get tired of it. Adding the white rice to the soup at the end is the best way to eat it, and even though I know it's bad manners, I end up doing it every time. There are some reviews saying that the owner has a bad attitude, but I've been there several times and I've never experienced the kind of bad treatment described (although I can't say he's friendly). Also, because it's far from the station, it's pretty empty all the time.
