This is the best ramen in 10 years! Honestly I did not expect the ramen is this good! It is different from Shoyu, Miso, and Tonkotsu! If you want to try something different from standard ramen, you must try! Also staffs are very nice as well! I highly recommend to visit there!

I was finally able to go due to business hours. In Yokosuka, there are dried sardines such as Heihachi. This restaurant also has a mild tanrei type, which gives the impression that it is easy to eat even for those who don't like it. Since it was my first time, I ordered tanrei ramen. But limited I was curious about the ginger chicken soba with 3 kinds of soy sauce, so I changed it. This is also delicious. The soup has a hint of dried sardines and soy sauce, with a hint of ginger at the end, and the noodles are also homemade. The noodles are reminiscent of Ramen Shiro's whole grain noodles, and are a perfect match. The marinated balls were also delicious. I don't like mushy noodles, but the Tanrei Niboshi Soba here is really delicious. If Niboshi's insistence is just right, I'll eat it. I think the key point is that the homemade noodles are good. You can make a regular bowl instead of aedama half bowl. I honestly don't know if I can eat it, but I can. The best Niboshi Craft is that you can eat half as is and eat the rest like tsukemen and enjoy it until the end.

The thin noodles and piping hot soup are delicious! Chopped onions also go well. The special dish is served on a separate plate. For some reason, the chicken looks more like roast chicken than chashu, but it's delicious lol
