Very Good!!

Senke main store. Yokohama was recommended to me by a local friend. It was just after noon, but the line had cleared and I was able to get in after buying a meal ticket and waiting a little while. What I ordered was Senke Deluxe (average) 1,080 yen First, I ordered the main menu, which is probably the main product, located at the top left of the ticket vending machine. Iekei ramen with lots of seaweed and spinach! It is a feeling. Why do dark soup and spinach go so well together? (lol) I ordered the main menu and it was a great decision. Of course garlic and spicy miso? Bean sauce? ? I also enjoyed the different tastes. It's best if you add garlic. I wanted to order rice as well, but it was a very hot day with temperatures exceeding 35 degrees Celsius, so I didn't go that far. There is only a counter inside the store. It's open until 3:00am. There was no affiliated parking lot, and there was a sign encouraging the use of nearby coin parking lots.

Since I was little, Senke was my family's favorite ramen. Ohashi Seimen's slightly curly noodles go well with the rich yet light soup. We recommend the green onion ramen without the spicy green onion flavor and the grated yam topping. Tororo in ramen? You may think so, but I highly recommend you give it a try, as it improves the texture of the noodles and goes well with this soup. The char siu rice with seasoning is also simple and very delicious.I don't know of any other ramen restaurant that has char siu rice bowls that are better than this one! All the employees are very attentive, so it's easy to recommend them.
