About a 2-minute walk in the Kannai direction from Exit 1 of Yokohama Municipal Subway Yoshinomachi Station (attached photo) This is a Kyushu tonkotsu ramen shop. Used twice since 2022. Most recently, I ordered Hiruto Kura Amen with pork rice (680 yen including tax, attached photo) at lunchtime. The best tonkotsu ramen I've had recently It was delicious. The noodles are thin, typical of Kyushu, with a light pork bone soup, and just the right amount of soft char siu. , surpassed Ichiran in Hakata! (Personal impression). I visited the store for the first time around 11:40 on Sunday, January 9th, as I remembered that there was a store nearby on my way home from shopping. Order ``Mentoku Ramen (680 yen)'' with hard noodles. The soup had a strong soy sauce flavor, and the oil taste was to my liking. I ordered the Kaedama (100 yen) and it was delicious, even the soup. I think it's a good start to ramen. *Payment is deferred.

This is a Kyushu ramen shop. There is no pickled ginger and mustard greens. It's Miyazaki's ramen. This soup has a deep flavor that is different from regular tonkotsu soup. I ran out of soup with only 2 extra eggs. The char siu is a spicy char siu with less fat that goes well with the soup 😉 There is an ashtray outside.
