At 4 p.m., which was a very odd time, I wanted to drink beer with gyoza, so I came up with Satsumako Ramen. It seems like it's open almost 24 hours a day, so I went there for the first time in probably a year. The ramen here is relatively bland, and the trick is to season it to your liking with condiments. I always add about a teaspoon of bean sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
