Yamato, Kanagawa, Japan｜RAMEN TSUKEMEN YAMATO

October 15th and 17th, 2023 A new shop. Many popular ramen restaurants in the neighborhood are open in the evening, so we visited here. I think the young staff's customer service is polite and good. Salt ramen, the soup is clear but the flavor is distinct. It was delicious. The rice bowls were also delicious. Above all, it was clean and quiet, so I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Arrived at the store around 8pm. It was a weekday night, but there were a lot of people at the table, some eating alone, some couples...I was there with a friend, and it was very clean and stylish. I was surprised when the ramen came out! It looks so cute! ! ! I ordered the kelp water tsukemen, and I was impressed by how delicious the combination of kelp water and chicken soup was. I will come back to eat it again after work! The clerk was handsome and kind☺️

The inside of the store is beautiful. Although the noodles were thin, they were chewy and I felt that they were carefully made. The tsukemen was refreshing, yet delicious without being boring. All of the ingredients were delicious, but the flavored egg was especially delicious and had a lot of flavor. The konbu water tsukemen is delicious because the konbu water is well chilled, but that lowers the temperature of the chashu and dipping sauce, so it ended up being quite cold at the end. This is a bit of a problem because kelp water has its benefits, but I would be happy if I could make warm soup wari instead of using kelp water for the final soup wari.
