10/31 revisit Today I had a set of mixed soba noodles with pork. The chairs have been improved, and the pork is piping hot and flavorful, making you very satisfied. When you eat the extra-thick noodles with an edgy texture mixed with a raw egg, it feels good to slurp, and the punch of garlic comes out after the noodles reach just the right temperature. This is addictive! As it cools down, it tastes a bit strong, but when you sip it with table vinegar, it adds flavor and sourness, making it even more delicious. I could enjoy it over and over again, and my heart and stomach were full. I'll come back later. —- The food has become more and more delicious since it opened. The photo shows the limited edition Tandan Mazesoba, but it had a good balance of salty and umami and was delicious until the last bite. The only drawbacks are that the pigs are sometimes cold and the chairs aren't very good. I think the chairs would be much better if they had a stand to put your feet on, and the pork would be much better if they had an operation like the Yamato store where they boil it in hot water and season it with Kaeshi before serving it (Yamato store does) It's too salty though)

I ate Mazesoba from the special menu. Jiro style ramen Are vegetables normal? ? Noodles are thick. The taste was delicious. Is 300 grams a little too much for lunch? Just the right place for men. There were also a few skinny men who made it to 200 grams.

It's been half a year since the store opened, and I've been going there about twice a month. The regular ramen, mazesoba, and tsukemen are delicious, but you can't go wrong with the limited edition noodles. New menus come out frequently, so I have trouble keeping up with what I eat. Because it is a chain store that is expanding its business, there is a high turnover of staff. There are some reviews with harsh opinions about the appearance of the staff, but I have never had a bad experience with customer service. Everyone is cheerful and attentive to customers. I think it's perfect for people who want to eat Jiro's type of food.
