More Comments at Google MapA Chinese soba restaurant. There is no parking lot 🅿. There are Konan and Rinkan malls nearby, so I think it's a good idea to stop by for some shopping. The inside of the store is still new and clean, and the only seats are at the L-shaped counter. It's a ticket vending machine. The soup is made from dried sardines and is very gentle and delicious with good seasoning. The noodles are thin and slurp smoothly. A delicious ramen (Chinese soba) with a perfect balance of noodles and soup. My recommendation is the topping of “added menma on the tip.” The side menu “Korokoro Charshu Meshi” is also delicious with the sauce on the rice! I also recommend having this. (Sometimes it disappears)
I had soy sauce and a moist, low-temperature char siu bowl. Light soy sauce soup with a slightly cloudy texture. It has a faint scent of dried sardines and soy sauce. The first bite has a bit of bitterness from the dried sardines, but gradually you start to feel the umami of the stock and the saltiness of the sauce. The thin straight noodles are soft. It has a low elasticity and feels like your teeth will sink into it when you bite into it. Ingredients: 2 slices of thinly sliced char siu, menma (menma), chopped green onions, white onions, and purple onions. Add niboshi vinegar halfway through. The vinegar is mellow and the taste of dried sardines subsides, making it easy to drink and taste different. The low-temperature char siu bowl has 4 slices of thinly sliced rare char siu on top of white rice. Top with soy sauce, green onions, and some grated garlic. The fat from the chashu melts in the heat of the rice. I also want to try the hand-rolled noodles.
Well, it was delicious. I stopped by around 18:00 on a weekday, and there was no wait. There were also quite a few empty seats. This time, it was 980 yen for a large serving of soy sauce and noodles. Both the soup and noodles were very delicious, especially the niboshi in the soup, which had a nice punch. There is something called niboshi vinegar available, and when I tried adding it to the soup, it retained the goodness of soy sauce, but had a slightly different taste. This was also delicious. The inside of the store is also very clean, and the staff? The shopkeeper? He was also a very nice person. It was a store that I would like to come back to again. I'll come back later!
