The shio-ramen i had is definitely 5 stars!

The shop is located on the second floor of a building across the river from Kamiooka Station, right above the river. It's just not obvious from the outside. There is no store name on the first floor. But don't be afraid to climb the stairs. There are often long lines. Buy a meal ticket and stand in line. I had a simple combination of soy sauce ramen and flavored eggs. The soup is light, but the konbu soup stock works well and is very delicious. It has a taste that makes you want to drink it till the end. Perhaps the homemade noodles have a firm texture and are delicious and go well with the soup. The chashu pork and menma tips were soft and had a good texture, and the flavored eggs were exquisite.Everything was very delicious. I think it's definitely for people who like soy sauce ramen. For children? There was a rice cooker placed there. This kind of playfulness is also wonderful. This is a store I would definitely like to visit again.
