When I went there for the first time in about a year, it was different. The soup was creamy with pork bones and had the flavor of a seafood soup stock. The noodles are thin and straight for tonkotsu ramen, and you can order extra noodles. I couldn't help but order this because of how delicious the soup was.

I want to eat strong Hakata ramen! That's what led me to Parupuntei. Being from Fukuoka, I like strong tonkotsu ramen like Issou and Ikkosha, so Parupun-tei was perfect for me! It's not a light tonkotsu ramen like Ichiran or Ippudo, so it may not suit the tastes of people who like light food. It was so delicious! I will go again!

There are a lot of strange comments in reviews, so Let me write it. The owner is the only one managing the restaurant and working hard to serve the ramen. When the store is crowded, keep a warm eye I would like you to take a look. For ramen, you can always enjoy delicious Kyushu pork bone ramen thin noodles and pork bone soy sauce ramen thick noodles.
