More Comments at Google MapThe manager and other staff members have a great atmosphere. Eating ramen nervously in front of unfriendly staff will reduce its deliciousness by half, so the atmosphere alone makes you happy. No matter how many times I go there, the soup is just right for me. It's even more delicious with more oil. I look forward to it every week because it's delicious until the last bite. I've tried both Sugita and Yoshimura's soups, but Kitasato's is definitely the one for me. The first one I ate was from the Musashi family, so I think that has a lot to do with it.
This restaurant is always popular. No wait around 10pm on Sunday. You can tell that the store is kept clean within the family. Although the soup is quite rich, it is not oily or heavy. The grainy soup is made with plenty of pork bone stock. A soup that is neither direct nor classic nor creamy. It tasted just like Menya Shota. The soup is a little small, but with this quality, the default price of 700 yen and free rice is amazing. By the way, you can choose the spiciness of the super spicy ramen from small, medium, or large, but the medium wasn't spicy at all, so if you like spicy food, I recommend the large.
It's the best anyway. The taste is really good, but the service is the best hospitality. I went there with my family, but I wonder if there is a store that will take care of the children and carry suitcases to this extent these days. It's a great service to say the least. Ramen has a punch, and it feels like a family!
