Doratantanmen. It’s so delicious! You can choose between medium-thick or thin noodles, but I chose thin noodles in the photo to suit my preference. Personally, I like that half-boiled quality and it's the best! The food is really smooth! The amount of noodles is quite large, so if you eat the rice too, you'll end up with a bloated stomach...Even though I know that, it's so delicious that I end up ordering rice...LOL The owner always greets me with a smile when I check out, which is also wonderful! I'm far away from home, but I'll continue to come here! I fall in love with this store in so many ways!

A family favorite, Dragonchi-san. A ramen shop with a reputation for spicy ramen, which is rare around here. I always get a large bowl of Dragon Ramen. The red green onion rice is also recommended. There are many kinds of spiciness to choose from. I have the spiciest final dragon grade, and although it may be a little unsatisfactory for those who like spicy food, you can still feel the spiciness. Dora tantan noodles contain beaten eggs, so you can enjoy a mild taste even if it's spicy. By the way, you can also choose zero spiciness. It's a taste that makes you want to eat it again. It is crowded at noon and there is often a line. The shopkeeper has a bit of a habit, but he is a friendly person who can receive toppings as a service, probably because he remembered his face.
