Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Gumyoji Hechikan

Seafood based ramen. They have ramen soup based on clams, oysters, shrimp etc. Very different to regular ramen. waiting times are longer during weekends. (~¥900 + ¥200 extra noodles) a bit expensive but worth the taste. Roast pork (¥250) was juicy and tender, very tasty. They also serve half portions of each dish (~¥700) and kaedama(¥50), sometimes its not mentioned on the menu but you can request. (pics : tsukemen with roast pork, ramen and menu) edit : recently I learned that the menu keeps on changing and they provide seasonal specials. So I recommend asking for osusume and definitely go for spicy kaedama.

Unique and tasty ramens

The most delicious dried sardine ramen with the same taste as the Fukutomi-cho main store Isn't it the only place where you can enjoy a different dried sardine ramen every day? And I always order a separate plate with extra meat. The Gumyoji store doesn't require alcohol at night, so it's convenient for people who travel a lot by car, as it's convenient to go there at night.
