More Comments at Google MapA ramen shop near the scene. I went for lunch. There is a line for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. I was so hungry that I forgot to take a photo. First day on Saturday, Tanmen Sunday 2nd day, miso ramen Both were super delicious. The tanmen noodles are medium thick, the vegetables are soft, and the soup never gets cold. lol The miso ramen has a good flavor with crunchy bean sprouts. Many of the customers are family and friends. There is a parking lot for 4 cars.
As of January 19th, 2023, we are back in business! ! We recommend tanmen, yakisoba (charmen), and gyoza! I really like the gyoza here. We recommend eating it with plenty of special chili oil! It's delicious! Other than the 3 items above, there's not much to offer, but it's a good store with super delicious food! Well, I can't go to a Tanmen store and eat ramen... The signboard says ``Tanmen Gyoza,'' so it's not a ramen shop, but a tanmen shop. It says ramen on the side, which makes me look unsure (lol) However, it is often not open during opening hours. I don't think there's much motivation. I guess I do it as a hobby. I'll rate it based on taste only (lol) As mentioned by others, the shop owner does not wear a mask. If you don't like it, it's better not to go. It's a selfish owner's ``come only if you want to come'' system, which is common in ramen shops.
Tanmen and dumplings are delicious shops (^ ^) d The shop is not beautiful, but it is a popular shop rooted in the local area and has 4 parking lots. It is a branch of Sankoen in Noge❗ The tanmen is made with hot soup oil until the end, and the garlic works well. Pork, Chinese cabbage, Chinese chives, and bean sprouts are stir-fried until soft, making the noodles thicker. *)♪ Gyoza can be ordered for 8 servings per person, half servings, or 3/4 servings. It's perfect for rice and beer. More than half of the people order tanmen and dumplings (^^)d
