A popular store about a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Keikyu Kanazawa Bunko Station. Visited at the same time as opening on weekdays, 4 customers. There was only a popular store and it was full immediately. There are only counter seats in the store, and the intervals between the seats were wide to prevent infection. The order is a meal ticket method. I had the Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen (680 yen) and a self-service boiled egg (20 yen). This shop is self-service, and wakame, takana, bamboo shoots, and red pickled ginger are free. I am happy with the service. You can see the kitchen from the U-shaped counter, but you can see that the owner is carefully making each dish. The ramen itself contained a lot of back fat, but it was a light soup. The noodles are thin and straight like Kyushu ramen, and the compatibility with the soup was good. The clerk's customer service was also polite, and I was convinced that it was popular. Will visit again.
It was a very type of shop. There are Kyushu pork bones and back fat pork bones, and since I don't really like Kyushu pork bones, I ordered the back fat pork bones. As someone who grew up in the Kanto region, I ordered green onion ramen out of habit because I had a "Rasho feeling" that I had been accustomed to since I was a child. The green onions were a spicy type and went well with it. But here's what's amazing. I had previously received information about free toppings, but seaweed, menma, corn, pickled ginger, mustard greens, and onion slices were free. Not only that, but there are also plenty of flavorful items on the table. Even the boiled eggs are served in a nostalgic style where you put 20 yen each into a piggy bank. It's so wonderful! I thought for a moment, "If it's this good, I shouldn't have added green onions," but that's okay (lol)
