Best pork ramen I've had so far in Japan!

Jiro style ramen opened in Kanazawa Bunko and I was thinking of going there someday. I stopped by on my way home from the hospital in the morning. I asked for a large bowl of ramen with less garlic. What came out was exactly Tamachi's Jiro Ramen 😃 When I tried it, it was probably even more delicious than the original. However, considering my physical condition, I vowed to have a small bowl of ramen next time. It was so filling that I didn't even have to eat anything that day m(_ _)m But it was so delicious that it was addictive and made me want to go again. I will go again! At that time, I will have a small ramen without hesitation.

A shop I stumbled upon by chance in an area I visited by chance during my travels. I was impressed with the garlic aroma and deep broth taste. The quantity was also substantial. I was in trouble because I ordered 3 menus by mistake, but it was handled immediately, and I didn't know how to speak Japanese well, but the staff kindly guided me in English, so it was nice. It was a wonderful meal!
