Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜ハイパーファットン

I went with a friend who is an expert on local ramen because he said it's one of the best. He was not wrong. I enjoyed every bite, even though the smallest portion was still more than I could finish. So good!

Although it is a so-called Jiro-style restaurant, the staff are not scary, and the instructions for chanting the spells are very kind, as there is a sheet of paper posted near your seat, so you just have to follow it (please note that there is no Yasai-mashi). Both the regular and limited ramen menu items are delicious. I especially recommend the char siu, which is thick and soft. There will be a line at Don Pisha during lunch time, so if you don't like lining up, try to get there from morning until around 11am, so you can avoid the line even on holidays.

I ate mini ramen. It seems that the amount that is generally said to be close to normal is mini size here, but it was not mini size at all. The noodles were curly thick noodles, topped with chashu pork and boiled cabbage. (You can choose toppings as an option) The two thick slices of chashu were soft and super delicious. Since the size is mini, the soup may feel a little thick, but the cabbage makes it a nice touch.
