Miso ramen is delicious! The thickness of the surface is just right, neither too thin nor too thick. But personally, I prefer soy sauce ramen.

On Tuesdays, dumplings are half price day, so I usually visit for lunch. The classic Kukai soba is also delicious, but recently I've been addicted to miso ramen. I only ordered miso ramen. If you add Edo greens as a topping, it will be even more exquisite. Gyoza is cheaper on Tuesdays, so it's perfect for another dish.
