Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Ramen Butayama Hakuraku

The ramen is delicious with soy sauce and chewy noodles that go perfectly with the raw egg. The vegetables are mostly bean sprouts mixed with cabbage, but the oil on top soaks up the flavor and the char siu is melty and delicious. The store is clean and the staff are kind, so it might be recommended for those who are new to Jiro-kei.

Visited just at 6pm. I arrived at the perfect time, but there were already three groups of customers. I could imagine it getting crowded, so I ordered a large bowl of ramen early. This is a new store, so it was pretty clean. Cole is the same as always, without, vegetables, and Karame. I think Mr. Butayama at Hakuraku store has more cabbage vegetables than other stores. This is a huge plus. However, when it comes to pork, it's smaller than other stores, or rather, it feels like there's a lumpy part at the end. I thought that if I ordered pork from the menu, I would be served with properly formed meat. Also, as others have mentioned, I feel like there isn't much soup. Even though I don't drink it normally, there isn't much soup left after I finish eating. As for the taste, it was rich, creamy, and very chewy with thick noodles. The store staff were also kind and offered paper aprons to female customers. Both tsukemen and without soup are delicious, and it's well worth the extra 100 yen.
