Visited for the first time in over 25 years. When I was in elementary school, I opened a store and asked myself, "What is tsukemen?" A shop that has been open since the times. It's been almost 30 years since I left my hometown, but I've been to that area for unfashionable business, so I can't wait to visit. The order is... I think I used to eat miso ramen in the past, but I ordered green onion ramen. Although it is supposed to be soy sauce ramen, for some reason the nuances of miso feel thick. The noodles are really old-fashioned Chinese noodles that are medium thick and slippery. Miso seems to be a better match. It's nostalgic and I'm immersed in it. The store owner at that time was a little bent, but the feeling of moving around was the same as before. It was delicious... I hesitated until the last minute to ask for miso ramen for the second bowl, but I gave up. An old friend is mustard noodles? He said it was delicious. I don't go to Katakura often, so I don't know if I can stop by, but I would like to eat there again someday. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal. Thanks!
