Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan｜Houkiya Ramen

I love this ramen and wanna share this with people from other countries so am writing in Eng. This ramen contains much UMAMI typical to ramen. Amazingly delicious. Atomospher there is nostalgic. But there is a caution. Ramens here is, generally speaking, too thick. So it’s better to order USUME(less thick: pronouncing w-sue-me(of met)) by saying it directly to the owner. Plus, sadly, English menu is not available seemingly so learn two words in advance besides USUME. Salt flavor is SHIO(pronouncing shi oh). Soy source flavor is SHOUYU(pronouncing show-you). Basic Ramen is 700yen when I visited.
