By just looking at the picture, you see a very simplistic ramen with just a few toppings. However, do not let that shy you away from trying out the ramen! It was most definitely Packed with flavor. You can customize the amount of oil, noodle texture, etc. and even add additional toppings. But I always like to order the regular way that it is served at the restaurant. The broth was hearty, the noodles were thick, the spinach was a great choice of veg because it soaks up the broth flavor without watering the soup down, and a lean cut of pork was added to it. At the table there is freshly grated ginger and chili paste which I Highly recommend giving a try. Additionally, we added a side of "fried rice" w/ spring onion. Again, it looked very simple in presentation but it was very tasty which my husband and I did not expect at first glance. We thoroughly enjoyed the ramen served here and will be coming back for more! Just a heads up for first timers, you order at the ticket machine located at the entrance door and then hand it to the chef.

"Old Man Ramen" is the best! I got here a month ago and have stopped here for lunch and dinner a handful of times already! I plan to go at least once a week until I leave. So good!
