It's a small restaurant kind gentleman made our food, absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was great and it has a at home feel. It's like Grandpa is making the food. Looking forward to going back again

I had always walked by this place for years and finally decided to stop in one day for lunch... I'm so mad that I didn't try this place sooner! The staff there (mostly older women) are very nice and you can taste the love they put in their cooking. Also, they do let customers smoke inside so don't be surprised if it smells a bit like cigarettes. I've had their Nagasaki Sara-udon (plate of crispy noodles under a topping of seafood and veggies) as well as their shogayaki (pork in ginger sauce). They have a daily lunch special for ¥900 and it's a different item every day; they have a small blackboard outside the restaurant indicating the lunch of the day (written in Japanese). Both dishes I've had were delicious and full of flavor! They make your meal as soon as you order so it's a bit of a wait but it's so worth it! Looking forward to the next visit!

After over ten years in region and countless times passing this shop I finally decided to stop in. Upon entry I couldn’t help but to notice the many Sanma-men posters around the shop as well as the extremely cozy atmosphere inside. I had truly stumbled on a local gem. When it came time to order the choice was clear, I was going with Sanma-men and gyoza for good measure. The gyoza were a pleasant surprise having an extra ginger bite to them and the Sanma-men was a slightly sweeter than I’m used to style ramen that complemented the gyoza and never got too sweet. An overall outstanding visit that I am kicking myself for not going to earlier.
