This is a family-style ramen shop in Shinkoyasu. Although it is officially called Iekei, it is a splendid Iekei ramen with pork bone soy sauce, seaweed and spinach. Visited on a weekday lunchtime. During peak lunch hours, you may have to wait outside. The store has counter seats and table seats. Since it is an order system, you can order orally after taking a seat and pay later. Personally, I love the noodles here. The taste is light and rich, but it is basic. It feels like thickening the soup of Iekei ramen. The noodles are like normal noodles, but I really like the tsukemen of Iekei ramen shops. The toppings are served on a separate plate from the soup, so you can add them to the soup as you eat. Contains green onions, spinach, corn, bamboo shoots, roasted pork fillets, and more.

The unique chive kimchi was delicious.
