This is a delicious family restaurant that cooks properly in a sundou rather than in a central kitchen that is separate from Ichikei. I ordered a medium serving of char siu noodles, flavored egg topping, and rice. The texture of the noodles is probably made by Nagataya Seimen, which is smooth, chewy, and delicious. The soup is also a well-balanced soup with an impactful saltiness and a slightly viscous taste. The char siu is a little fatty, but it's delicious when grilled. The spinach is crisp and not acrid, the seaweed is also good, and the quail is seasoned and delicious. There are partitions to prevent the corona virus, so you can eat with peace of mind... A very good family ramen that does a careful job.
