I was surprised to be able to eat delicious ramen from a ramen shop at the Aeon food court. Both light soy sauce and salt are very delicious. There is a ramen shop called Hosenka in Yokohama that I like. I wonder if the noodles have changed so that you can choose from two types. Aeon Tennocho is a surprise, including other shops.

Order by delivery I was hesitant to order even after delivery became available because I thought I wouldn't like it if the noodles took longer during delivery. The lid is divided into layers, with the ingredients and noodles on the top and the soup on the bottom, which you can easily modify at home. The seaweed was wrapped separately in plastic wrap to maintain its crisp texture. Instructions were also included, and all you needed was a microwave oven, so I was able to fully enjoy home-delivered ramen. -------------------------------------- It would be cruel to expect more from the ramen provided at Aeon Mall. I had two bowls of duck chicken soy sauce and duck chicken salt, but the salt was more delicious. It was novel that I could grind as much pepper as I wanted with the automatic grinder. I wish there was more truffle soy sauce on the egg-cooked rice. Even when I tried to put it on, the truffle was drowned out by the taste of the egg.

This is my favorite ramen shop in the Noge area. The inside of the store is stylish and feels like a cafe. I think it's easier for women to live alone. We recommend the yuzu-scented grilled duck ramen here. Duck has a lot of fat, so I was worried if I could finish it at first, but I was able to enjoy it refreshingly until the end with shaved yuzu and yuzu pepper that I got on top of the duck. The egg-fried rice was also delicious with the bonito flakes as a nice accent. This is a restaurant that I would like to visit regularly.
