Ramen that is not addictive and will appeal to everyone. If you like green onions, you can choose as many green onions as you like! ️ The mini rice bowl type is also recommended. ◆Access Less than 5 minutes walk from Aiko Ishida Station. It is easy to get there by crossing the pedestrian bridge from the ticket gate. ◆Order There is a ticket vending machine on the left as soon as you enter the store, which is a ticket system. ・Salt ramen & mini fried rice ・Soy sauce ramen & mini chashu bowl was divided into two days. They were both delicious. The salt ramen had a very mild taste. Some people may find it a bland taste. There is yuzu pepper on the table, so if it feels too thin, you might want to add a little more. The scent of yuzu also went well with the salty taste. As you can see, the fried rice has a bit of a strong flavor, but it's not too strong. The salt ramen had a light taste, so it was a good combination. Shoyu ramen is so-called chacha style and has backfat on top. I ordered the one in the photo with more back fat. I didn't know much about it, but in Kyoto, this type of ramen is called "Kyoto ramen." I think that anyone can enjoy the taste without being addictive. I found some grated garlic on the table, so I tried adding that, but I don't think it was necessary. I think you can enjoy the original flavor better if you add at least some pepper. The mini chashu rice bowl was like roast pork. There is a bit of sauce made with onions, but I thought this would allow you to enjoy the taste of the meat better. However, it seems like there was a bit too much water in the rice. You can choose the firmness of the noodles, but what I personally enjoyed was being able to choose the amount of green onions! ️As a green onion lover, I have a lot to choose from 😅 By the way, it seems to be Kujo green onions, and there was also written about Kujo green onions at the store front. Perhaps the taste is not too strong so that you can enjoy the taste of green onions. It seems that there is also a soy sauce pork bone flavor, so I would like to try that someday. ◆In-store/Customer service It was very clean and looked like a small restaurant. I was impressed by how neatly the chopsticks were placed. The staff was also kind and came to ask if I needed a paper apron after ordering, and even went out of their way to see me off outside the store when I left. I received the same response on both days, so the staff must have been given good guidance. All of them came with a mini bowl and cost just over 1,000 yen, so I think it was good value for money. I usually choose ramen with a punch, so I thought it would be nice to have an elegant ramen like this. Thank you for the meal.

Exterior: A ramen shop with a stylish atmosphere in front of Aiko Station Clerk: Very friendly and polite customer service. Taste: The classic aged Kyoto ramen is made with chicken stock and back fat. The refreshing soup that mixes well with the thin noodles has an elegant taste with no odor and you can feel the carefulness of the heat. The low-temperature-cooked rare char siu and refreshing soup go very well together, making it a flavor you'll want to try when you're tired of the Iekei craze. By the way, you can choose between thin noodles and thick noodles. The fried rice is so-called Kyoto-style fried rice with a strong soy sauce color, but I think it could have had a little more punch with pepper.

The limited edition ramen that changes about once a month is always a hit, so I end up going there.
