This is the No. 1 Iekei Ramen for me🤞 Soup made from raw chicken by the owner who is from Ichikei☝️ There is a good balance between the kaeshi and the soup, and there is very little blurring. For those who are straight freaks, we recommend a thicker version 🤞 After all, the quality of all the ingredients, such as the char siu, flavored eggs, vegetables, and wood ear mushrooms, on the bowl is so high that I look forward to making an original bowl of bliss every time. ⚠️The store is closed on Mondays, but due to store circumstances, there are many temporary closures🤞 We recommend checking the business days and hours on SNS before visiting.

For some reason, the review disappeared because it was treated as a new store. It is the number one family lineage in the center of the prefecture (the Atsugi family is a special case). When you want to go all out, use soy sauce, and when you don't, use salt. The special rare char siu is also excellent. Unfortunately, there are many temporary closures (I think it's painful, but...), so be sure to check the opening status from SNS before visiting.

Working while a typhoon is approaching can be mentally exhausting, so I need some nutrition. Iekei ramen for the first time in a while. Thinking about your body, eat more and use less oil. I like the ramen here. I make soup properly at the store. I think you are doing a thorough job. I'm from the Ichiroku family, but the taste is probably close to a direct descendant. That's fine. I would like the rice to be a little softer, but if you eat it wrapped in seaweed soaked in the soup, it will be a satisfying experience. It's a completely nutritious food. I feel like my immunity has improved. Recommended.
