Delicious creamy pork bone soup! I've eaten a lot of Iekei Ramen, but this is one of my favorites. The strips of ginger on the table look like slightly spicy gari, which is also delicious! ! It's refreshing to eat when your mouth is feeling oily, so you can enjoy the ramen until the end. It’s also delicious served on rice and wrapped in seaweed! ! !

I think Iekei Ramen fans will be angry. Personally, I found Kanazawaya's salted pork bone better than the Yoshimuraya soy sauce pork bone because it was delicious from the first bite to the end, the noodles were firm, and the soup was so mild that I could drink it all. (I can only drink the soup here.)

Not bad, worth the price. There were 2 table seats and 8 counter seats in the store. The desk was sticky and didn't feel clean.
