If you are a foreigner and want to learn “Jiro” style of Ramen, this is it. Warming: It’s a heavy, high-calories Ramen but who cares when eating delicious food. The restaurant is well clean, and the Ramen is fresh. Especially ladies are welcomed unlike other “Jiro” ramen restaurants. This is something you should try in Japan, and would not betray your expectations if you get into the picture. How to order: There is a specific manual to order exactly in order to your preference. However I don’t think workers there speak English, so here is the thing. Get a picture here from Google Maps anything you would like to try. And show them the picture you like.

Mini ramen (150g) A little garlic, yasai mashi, abra mashimashi First of all, I'm glad that the mini size is cheaper than the regular price. Home Jiro is located in Fujisawa, but recently my diet has become thinner and I always use half the noodles, but I was a little dissatisfied that the price remained the same. (I hope to be able to do something like Petit Jiro from Yaru Jiro.) The main flavor is the mild Jiro, which I love. It feels like upward compatibility with Keikyu Kawasaki Jiro. The noodles are soft by default. It's the best for me as I like soft texture. For first-timers, a firmer one may be better. It's soft and smooth, so you can eat it as if you were drinking it. Although the pork is small, it is tender, flavorful and delicious. The boiled vegetables were a little too good for my liking. The soup is mild with a slight ginger flavor and is drinkable. I was almost done drinking it, so I panicked and left a little bit left. For younger people and those who like Jiro with a punch, I think it would be best to use garlic or karame. The store is also clean. This is my favorite Jiro Inspire store.
