You can challenge yourself with a very spicy "Dragon" or play it safe with a delicious miso noodles, but don't miss the chance to get a few extra slices of pork - the shop owner has a unique method of preparing his chashu. Needless to say, I love the place!

First time in the store. It was just before 1pm, but the popular lunch menu was already sold out. We purchased the same popular lunch menu items [Burnt Green Onion Ramen] and [Green Onion Rice] separately (this is done using a ticket vending machine). I handed my meal ticket to the female staff member and waited on a chair outside. Then, the female staff member from earlier said, ``You can have it for lunch!'' ' and refunded the difference. How kind! The shop owner and staff are all very friendly and courteous, making this a very pleasant shop. Is the meal boring with 2 green onions (ramen and rice)? However, both were very delicious. Ramen with burnt green onion oil like merian oil? The green onion rice is made with crunchy green onions and chashu tossed with our own sesame oil to add to the rice! I'm sure the other menu items are delicious too 😙 Here we go again!

I received a medium serving of special soy sauce ramen. It was a very delicious soup with ultra-thin curly noodles and bonito stock. The chashu was also soft and delicious. I actually wanted to eat Chinese soba medium size, but I pressed the wrong button on the ticket vending machine and ended up with special soy sauce ramen. Next challenge!
