I ate Bunkajo Ramen! It was a light soy sauce pork bone ramen, and it was a delicious ramen where you can enjoy the crunchy feeling of the ingredients! Furthermore, if you add Takana as a topping (charged) to Bunkajo ramen, it will be a perfect match! Nakanaka's authentic Kumamoto ramen was a satisfying taste! I forgot the taste of the old Umekichi, but the second generation Umekichi tasted like Kumamoto ramen that was as refined as the old Umekichi! By the way, when I was the first generation, I ate pineapple ramen. I couldn't master it, so I'm reporting it! "Lastly, I used the sunny lettuce grown in the master's field for pork shabu-shabu!" It was a very watery sunny lettuce and it was delicious! thank you very much! I would like to express my heartfelt support and gratitude to the new Umekichi ramen created by the second owner, thank you for the meal!

While inheriting the taste of the previous generation, it has become Mr. Umekichi's taste. I went there for the first time in about 15 years because my workplace was relocated. I am sorry to hear that my predecessor passed away in an unfortunate accident. However, when I learned that the 30 or so disciples who inherited my father's taste were active, I thought that the taste and spirit were still alive. Unlike his aggressive predecessor, I have high hopes for the owner, who is kind and uncompromising in his work. I don't want to write about it now, but I thought the sliced cheese was an essential accent since it didn't have the smell of tonkotsu ramen. Please try our homemade noodles and soup. The deliciousness of the chashu is also highly recommended. The soup is a little thick, so I think it would be a good idea to ask for extra egg or rice. It's a restaurant you'll want to eat at again.

It was a restaurant with a great sense of community ties, with only counter seating and the space felt quite small for about 5 adults. It's been two years since I moved to this area, and since my girlfriend is from Kumamoto, we talked about going together someday, and finally we were able to pass by while we were at work, all hungry. It was already around 9pm, but I was able to visit! When I entered, I saw the owner and probably some regulars. It was hard to get in when a man who looked like he was having a chat opened the door, but when I nervously asked, "Can two of us go...?", a gentle voice said, "It's okay!" At the same time as we entered, the previous customers also left the store, and when we looked at the menu, there were 4 types of ramen written on it, but we both ordered Umekichi Ramen, which bears the store's name. This is a somewhat unusual style where you pay before the meal is made, without any ticket. In addition to cash, you can now pay with PayPal. The pork roasted by the owner, plenty of wood ear mushrooms without having to add anything else, charred garlic stir-fried until golden brown, and melted cheese accenting the rich yet comforting soup that you could drink it all. The straight noodles were delicious, being slightly hard and chewy, and slipping into the bowl as soon as you slurped them. . . After it was served to me, I didn't even have to speak and finished the soup in no time! ! Thank you for serving such delicious ramen even though it was late! ! I will go eat there again!
