I never thought there was an abura soba restaurant this close by. (○_○)! ! There are two flavors: soy sauce and salt. This time, I had the special soy sauce-flavored abura soba + rice bowl. There are three types of rice bowls to choose from, and this time I chose the green onion chashu rice bowl. The first thing you'll be asked for is your preference for Abura Soba (noodle hardness, thickness of sauce, amount of oil), but I didn't expect to be asked for your preference for Abura Soba, so my train of thought was on the verge of short-circuiting (lol). I wonder how hard the noodles are with oil soba? While thinking about this, I managed to squeeze out the words ``It's too oily'' 💮 It's a great point to have sesame as a free topping! ️ Add the noodles until you can no longer see them!! ️ As I was eating the abura soba, I thought to myself, ``Maybe onions would go well with this flavor,'' so I ordered more onions. This choice was a success. Onions are a must-have topping 🧅 Next time I'll try the salty flavor 😆✌️

I fell in love with it from the first time I ate it✨ The image of oil soba up until then was overturned. It can be a main dish or a side dish. It goes well with toppings such as butter and kimchi. I usually order rice and soup together and call it a set meal. The atmosphere of the shop is friendly and kind. We also recommend green onion as a snack and non-fried fried rice! ️

It was a wonderful shop that I would definitely like to visit again. My first impression was of the customer service, which gave a good impression of being polite and kind in a clean store. (For men around 30 years old.) To order, after purchasing a meal ticket and handing it to the staff, you will be asked about the hardness of the noodles, whether the flavor is strong or thin, and the amount of oil. On the table are ``chili oil'', ``vinegar'', ``chopped garlic'', ``chopped ginger'', and ``sesame seeds''. I ordered special oil soba (soy sauce, standard size) for 1000 yen. It comes with 3 pieces of chashu, 3 pieces of nori, lots of menma, and 3 quail eggs. I thought this price (1000 yen) was a good deal with so many toppings in this day and age. The noodles have a chewy texture with a pleasant wheat aroma coming through your nose. The flavor is not overly greasy, giving the impression of an elegant seasoning. What was most shocking was the char siew. It's not oily, and the more you chew, the more the meat flavor spreads in your mouth, and you can eat several pieces. I should have ordered rice. It was by far the most memorable thing I've eaten recently. It definitely goes well with beer and highballs. I visited at noon on a weekday, and there wasn't a single customer inside, so I was able to get in right away. The current situation is such that more customers can come in, so it feels like a hidden gem. I will definitely visit again.
