I went on a Saturday around 12:30. The style is to buy your ticket first and then line up. There were about 8 people in front of me, but the bowl arrived within 40 minutes of purchasing the ticket, and it seemed like the table had just been replaced, so I had to wait a bit. Medium ramen, moyakibe, flavored egg, green onion bowl, dark and firm. A darker moya cabbage goes well with it. I'm thankful that the solidified product comes out early. The green onion bowl has a strong flavor and a salty sauce, but of course it's good. I thought to myself how delicious it must be to have ramen with green onions in this sauce as I stuffed it into the bowl.

I think it's the No. 1 Iekei ramen. We also recommend the salty flavor! Please let me know if you have a strong or light flavor! I'll repair! Ah, I want to go again.
