Since I entered the restaurant without any prior information, I ended up ordering the soy sauce ramen, but since most of the customers were eating miso, I think this is probably the restaurant's specialty. We use special green onions procured from Nasu. Ramen with a very tasty taste, which is rare these days. Both green onions and noodles are delicious. I regretted that I should have ordered miso, but on the contrary, I was able to enjoy going again, so that was fine. Impression that there are many regulars like an old shop. There should be few shops where you can eat this kind of taste these days, so I felt that it was a very valuable shop. The clerk's response was also good.
