Top ramen hidden in Shitte! Thick and mellow chicken (鶏がら) and dried sardine (煮干し) based soup. I order ramen (らーめん), which is 800¥. Firm thin noodle and crunchy menma. Special topping (350¥) is splendid; it includes 1 butabara, 2 more nori, and soft-boiled egg. Special mention to their topping, top quality and delicious. Came here on Saturday noon in summer, lining up time is only 10 minutes. Excellent!

Their ramen are delicious. Fish broth, soft-boiled egg, and grilled pork are tasty. Just be there early, lots of people are waiting in-line.

74 Ramen 990 (2023.8.26) Firm medium-thick noodles in a high-quality dried sardine soup. There was no sarcasm of dried sardines, and the compatibility with onions was good. Ramen suitable for 100 famous restaurants. A young shop owner and his wife. A small restaurant with less than 10 seats. A place that only locals know about. If you go by car, there is no parking lot. The nearest parking lot is full of life club cars. The other parking lot is a nursing home parking lot where outsiders cannot park. Finally, I returned to Shitte Station and parked on the roof of the summit. Free with purchase of beer (1000 yen or more). About 5 minutes on foot from Shitte Station. You will have to line up at the storefront, but if you don't have two or more people, you won't be allowed to line up. Therefore, if the person returning from the parking lot does not return, they cannot line up. This is troublesome. People lining up will be confused, and if the shop staff does not do it properly, it will cause trouble. There were two people in the back row, and one person left the line to stop the car. Immediately after that, the owner's older brother came to politely tell me, "Please join us after the two of you are together." The quickness and thoroughness of his work made me feel something extraordinary, but there is a video monitor installed in the kitchen, and the man is constantly checking the state of the shopfront reflected on the monitor while boiling the noodles. When it becomes a prosperous store, the cause of trouble is born in an unexpected place. If a father like me who doesn't listen to you is asked to stand in line and line up again, don't play around! yelling. Maybe there were a lot of troubles, and I feel my heart. I guess it's time. Also, I have experienced a lot of resentment when I was told that I was bound by the rules at a ramen shop around Kawasaki, so I feel like it's a local pattern. It really made me think that rather than complaining about an intolerant era, flexibility to respond to the changing times is more needed. Young people's ability to respond is generally high, swallowing the situation with Sue and understanding. Older people who have lived in a tolerant era have a sense of "irritation", but if you drag on such feelings, even delicious ramen will be bad. I guess that's what it is. It teaches you how to distinguish. Maintaining a long shop requires effort in the invisible. The shopkeeper with a difficult face, but thank you! His voice had a very refreshing tone, as if blowing away the heavy air. Good job. Meeting people of all generations. Thank you for the meal.
